We are proud to share that Team Sea Sakthi, primarily sponsored by Group Legrand India, has achieved remarkable success at the 11th Monaco Energy Boat Challenge 2024, organized by the Yacht Club de Monaco. As the first and only Indian team, Sea Sakthi included 14 students from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore. The team won several accolades, including the Innovation Prize, Design Prize, Communication Prize, and Townhall Cup, finishing 6th overall.Team Sea Sakthi unveiled Yali 3.0, a cutting-edge boat featuring a twin propulsion system, custom-designed propellers, and an AI-driven navigation system with integrated Yacht OS. Dedicated to pioneering alternative power sources for marine vessels, they champion a carbon-free future for the seas.Legrand's unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainability is reflected in its support for these visionary students.
